Return & Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order of any kind, please notify eNWShop within 3 business days from receipt of your order via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it eNWShop will work with you to determine what went wrong and the best way to resolve it as quickly and easily. After all, eNWShop would like you to be happy and we will work together to find the right resolution.

If eNWShop have shipped to you the wrong product by our mistake (different from the items that you have placed order), please email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  immediately so that we can re-arrange the delivery of correct items to you and the wrong product will be picked up at our expense.

 

If you want to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

1.   Notify eNWShop through email < This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it > within 3 business days from receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Note (RAN) before sending anything back. Please provide us clear information of your (a) name; (b) order number; (c) reason for return; (d) delivery address; (e) phone number  in the email.

2.   After getting the RAN from eNWShop, ship the product back to us not more than 7 business days. Return of product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging and not abused. RAN must be attached to the returned product. The authorized return must be shipped to the address as stated in the RAN
 

Note: eNWShop will check the returned product as soon as we received it. If the return request meet the requirements of eNWShop's Return & Refund Policy, we will make a refund to the customer. Please continue to read the following:

 

eNWShop Accept Return Only When The Following 2 Situations Happened:

  1. Wrong item(s) was delivered to you 
  2. Damaged or expired item(s) was delivered to you

 

eNWShop do not accept returns for the reasons which are not relevant to the above-mentioned situations.

eNWShop do not accept return of products that have been used, soiled, torn or damaged by the customer.

eNWShop do not accept return of products sold under "Clearance Corner".

eNWShop do not accept return of a 'part' of the product.

eNWShop do not accept return of products that are kept unclaimed for more than 3 business days after receipt by customer.

Please do not return any product to eNWShop without the RAN

Product must be returned to eNWShop within 7 business days after getting RAN.

eNWShop will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 

Your return request will not be honored if you do not follow the above instructions.

  

Once eNWShop has checked the returned product and confirm the return is within our responsilibty, we will refund through customer's bank account. 

eNWShop will bear the returning shipping cost only when the following 2 situation happened: 

  1. Wrong item(s) was delivered to you 
  2. Damaged or expired item(s) was delivered to you

However, the customer are required to advance the returning cost and we will reimburse the fee at a later date.
